The best homemade cake in Surrey!
Well that's how it feels after a lovely walk around the gardens. Our lovely Tearoom has a delicious selection of cakes this week. On the cake stand is carrot cake, zucchini and lime cake, a lovely coffee and walnut cake and a very rich fruit cake. All sandwiches are handmade to order or for something hot we are serving tomato and basil soup. Hopefully the weather will start warming up as visitors can then enjoy the Tearooms lovely outdoor seating area!

What's in bloom this week
With the rain and sunshine we have had this week the garden is really coming to life. Many of our Camellias are out and the early flowering Rhododendrons are braving the cold snap. Daffodils are also in abundance, with Primroses (Primula vulgaris) making a good display with Anemone Nemorosa just starting to show.
