Visiting Ramster Garden and Tea House

If you are looking for a stunning garden to visit in the Surrey countryside, then plan a day out to Ramster Garden. There is no need to book for you visit.  We are a friendly, family-run garden with an impressive array of rare trees and shrubs that wow our visitors every year. Every corner of the garden offers a new delight, from the vibrant colours of blooming flowers to the soothing shades of evergreens.

 

Ramster Tea House provide a relaxing setting for morning coffee, lunch, and afternoon tea. We serve a selection of fresh sandwiches, seasonal soups, homemade quiches, delicious cakes, refreshing smoothies, coolers, and hot drinks, including our very own local blend of coffee. 

Opening Times

The Garden & Teahouse is now closed and will reopen March 2025.

 

The Teahouse will reopen for our Christmas Market, Christmas Trees and Children Theatre event.

Christmas Market: FREE ACCESS

Adults: £9.00

Children: (under five) free.

5-16 years £3.00

Registered disabled: £4.00

(if a carer is required we do not charge them entry)

No booking required.

Facilities and accessibility

Disabled parking bays and toilets are available. Please be aware that we are a woodland garden and some of our paths are unmade and can be uneven. They are some steep paths and some steps (which can be avoided) and can it be slippery when wet, wheelchairs are possible on our main hard path and we have lots of benches throughout the garden.

Getting to us

Ramster Garden is 1.5 miles south of the quaint village of Chiddingfold on the A283. We are approximately one hour from London and twenty minutes south of Guildford.
